PSPad Editor - Best Free Text Editor

PSPad Editor is a free, commercial quality notepad replacement utility. It’s excellent for people who work in different programming environments. It highlights various syntax in code, has a variety of batch functions, and too many other features to list.

Frankly, it shouldn’t be free. I code all my pages, including this one, in PSPad Editor.
