Firefox extensions are free add-ons that make Firefox, well, pretty much whatever you want it to be. Just go to Firefox Add-Ons and start browsing! I recommend starting with the, um, Recommended Add-Ons (no pun intended). You’ll find some of my favorites there and you’ll surely discover a few of your own.
Here are some of my favorite add-ons:
- Adblock Plus
- All in One Sidebar (AIOS)
- Better Gmail 2
- Colorful Tabs
- eBayBuddy
- Firebug
- Forecastfox
- IE Tab
- StumbleUpon
Which good ones am I missing? If you have some installed that you can’t live without, let me know.
What’s eBayBuddy do?
eBayBuddy gives you an instant ebay search in your toolbar. You can find negative feedback, discussion board posts, completed items, contact information, and a whole lot more. You can search instantly by ebay I.D., by bidder I.D., etc. There are just too many options to list. I guess the easiest way to describe it would be to say that sometimes it’s hard to find certain types of information on ebay at times. With ebay buddy, it’s simple to find out almost anything you want. There are TONS of options all at your fingertips.
I have an eBay search in my toolbar already. Is that it?
If you click >Tools then >Add-ons in your browser (Firefox, obviously), you will see if eBayBuddy is in there.
