What was said so long ago
Still remains inside
Guiding every move you make
From it you cannot hide
Forgotten things that hurt you so
Have never been released
Buried deep in darkened rooms
Are playthings to the beast.
The Spirit wants permission
To enter every room
He has the power to flush them clean
Removing all the gloom
You should be His child of joy
A beacon shining bright
Just be brave and let Him work
To fill you full of light.
