Without You I am nothing
Without You I get scared
You took this life, so empty
And showed me that You cared
For many years we’ve travelled
As one, through thick and thin
The world was such an empty place
But now You’ve filled it in.
As long as we walk hand in hand
No harm can come to me
It’s when I wander off the track
That things are hard to see
So thank You for the many times
That You have waited for
My aimless journeys to conclude
I must be quite a chore.
Loving Father, I am Yours
I know You are the one
My life is nothing without You
And when all’s said and done
My future is secure in You
At peace with all I’ve got
So carry on refining me
You’re welcome to the lot.
