A Heartbreaking Poem from Nicholas Gonzalez

Nicholas has gone through a long and heartbreaking journey with his wife as cancer ravaged her body.

She recently passed but Nicholas is pressing on, as we all must do when tragedy strikes.

God is using Nicholas mightily to spread His truth as he deals with the loss of his wife. Many would blame God or lose hope. But Nicholas continues to place his trust and faith in God and is a bright light in a very dark place.

Check out Nicholas’ website and check out his ministry on Twitter.

Here is Nicholas’ first poem posted on our website. Enjoy. I’ll be posting more poetry from Nicholas soon.

New Poetry Submission!

OK. Really. This was a new poetry submission at one point. Let’s see. Mike sent it in on February 4, 2014. I’m just getting it published. As you can see, I’m only slightly behind.

Thanks Mike, for all the poems you’ve submitted over the years. They have given me encouragement and inspiration.

Anyway, here’s the new poem.

A New Poem! (OK, it was actually sent in over three years ago)

Yes, I know I’m behind. Way behind. Grossly behind. I just scrolled to the end of my unanswered emails (for truthsaves) and the last one contained this poem, from 08/11/2014. I like the poem so I’m posting it now. It reminds us of the significance of communion.
