Do We Post All Questions and Answers?

Site readers send us questions. We answer them. We often post the answers as new articles (along with the original question). But we don’t post every single answer and every single question. And if you ask us not to post your question, then we won’t. But if the answer provides new content that may be useful to readers, we may re-vamp your question and post the answer. But we always protect our readers. Your privacy is always maintained. Anyway, here are a few more details on the subject.

Time to Move On

Sometimes, a personal relationship with another human can get in the way of our relationship with God. When that happens, it’s best to simply move on (if you’re married it’s a different story). Leaving someone is never easy, but in the long run, our relationship with our heavenly Father is the one that really matters.

Am I Truly Saved?

We are all human. We all have doubts and fears. At times we may even doubt our salvation. Satan has many devices in his arsenal with which to deceive us–friends, dreams, television, books, the Internet–even so-called spiritual leaders. If we begin to doubt whether or not we’re truly saved, we need to clear our minds and go back to Scripture and see what it says.

Will I Make it to Heaven?

Many feel as though they’ve sinned too much to ever make it to heaven. Or they feel they’ve committed the unpardonable sin. They worry and worry and worry that they’ll spend eternity in the fires of hell. What does the Bible teach about this? Can the enormity of our sins keep us out of heaven? Seek God Continually

My life is falling apart. I was a drug addict for 12 years. I lost it all, even my children and my home. Prior to that, I was part of a violent marriage that ended when my husband went to jail for nearly killing me. Jesus healed me from drug addiction five years ago but I cannot seem to get close to Him. It’s like trying to talk to a brick wall. I recently lost my mom. My life went from bad to worse. I have no friends and my sisters could care less about me. My body is weak from all the drug abuse. My car is broken down and I have no money to fix it. This may be a small thing but it feels like the last straw. What can I do to get close to Jesus? I don’t read my Bible because my mind races and I cannot concentrate. But I know Jesus is the only answer. I’m stuck.

First Time

Here we have a thought-provoking Christian poem called First Time, and ironically it’s also the first time Ben has ever submitted a poem to us! It really made me think about God’s feelings as He watches over us and waits for us from the moment of conception. How must it make Him feel when He has so much to give us and we decide to ignore Him? How would it feel if my own daughter rejected me? Anyway, these are the thoughts I had as I was reading the poem.
