An entertaining Christian poem reminding us to be patient.
Poems bore me sometimes (sorry) but this one’s good. I know, I’m weird; I have a section on my site devoted to poems and my attitude toward them sucks. But occasionally I come across a gem I really like so it makes reading them all worthwhile (I’m being a little goofy here; there are many truly amazing original poems on our poetry page).
Anyway, I’m off topic. You need to check out this poem – Soft Scoop.
It’s written by a guy (Mike Bullock) who calls himself “versical” and I can see why. He’s skilled at the art of wordsmithing.
This Christian poem speaks of the peace that can be felt when one walks with Jesus.
This beautiful poem, to me, speaks of the peace that can be known when one walks closely with the Jesus of the Bible.

Publish your original Christian poetry on our site. Send in your Christian poems and we’ll post them.
Poems never really were my thing. They bored me. But the older I get, the more I find myself liking poems, especially poems that speak to one’s walk with the Jesus of the Bible.
So, I created a page just for Christian poetry. If you have a poem that’s about Jesus, or related to your walk with Jesus, you can send it to me and I’ll post it! Right now we have about 40 poems but I want hundreds, if not thousands of poems that glorify Jesus Christ!
So, send ’em in. We love to read original poetry, and we love to publish it.
All for His glory!

A poem of faith in Jesus.
Hetty – thank you!
I appreciate your poems, your testimony, and your words of encouragement more than you’ll know.
For those of you who don’t know, Hetty has suffered with seizures much of her life. But her faith is strong; she shines brightly in this dark sea of cyberspace.

Hold On To Jesus
A poem about death – from the perspective of a Christian.
Death. When it strikes, we grieve.
But for Christians, rejoicing goes hand in hand with death. Why? Because Jesus has conquered death and we have nothing to fear – only something to look forward to.
This poem helps us see both sides.

A Christian poem about the importance of unity within the body of Christ.
Tim’s submitted a few poems lately – each with its own unique flavor. This one doesn’t disappoint.

A Christmas poem about the birth of Jesus Christ.
This poem reminds us that Christmas is about the birth of Jesus Christ.

A poem describing Timothy’s feelings for Paul.
When I first read this poem, I thought it described a father – from a son’s viewpoint. But when I contacted the author (our own dear Tim), I found out it he intended it to be a poetic representation of Timothy’s feelings toward Paul. So, we could say that it does very nearly describe a father / son relationship as Paul calls Timothy, “my beloved son.”
